Stuff! It's Award Season -- American Music Awards, Golden Globes, Grammys, Oscars, etc etc ad nauseum! -- so your favorite Pop Culture Diva, me :>, is gonna help you find out who all the people are that will be filling up the newspaper columns and television and radio airwaves for the next few months! PLUS I'll let you know what's gonna be big throughout 2003! 1) First things first -- Whaddaya mean you haven't read these yet??

Country music should be really HUGE in 2003! See some of the more major players below...
If there was ever any doubt, let it be erased: DVDs are here to stay! Moreover, movie studios are actually embracing them, using the storage capacity of DVDs to include all manner of extras with a film's release to the home theater market, such as deleted scenes, alternate endings, behind-the-scenes "making of" documentaries, song books, screenplays, still photos, interviews with cast and crew, screen tests, original trailers/commercials for the film, and, perhaps most entertaining of all, commentaries that you can listen to while you watch the films, which can be from the film's actors, directors, producers, biggest fans, worst critics, or any combination of the above. Or, as is the case with some titles, the commentary can come from you yourself! See some of the more impressively-stacked DVDs below...(including some of the titles causing a kinda slow burn among their fans who had already bought the initial DVD releases that didn't have all the fancy extras -- <cough!>Lord of the Rings: Platinum Edition</cough!> -- and ended up buying the title yet again. But they're not bitter -- oh no, not bitter at all!!!)
